Terms of Use

1. About these terms

These terms apply to the use of GuiaFlow (the guiaflow.pro site, the editor, the Chrome extension, the desktop app, and published links), offered by Gustavo Ariel Mistrinelli, an individual based in Brazil. By using GuiaFlow or subscribing to GuiaFlow Pro, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.

If you use GuiaFlow on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorized to accept these terms on its behalf.

2. The service

GuiaFlow is for creating interactive guided tours of a product: you capture the screens, highlight where to click, write the steps, and can add narration. The tour can be shared by link or exported as HTML or video.

• Without an account: the editor works in the browser, and projects are stored only on your device. You can create temporary links, which are valid for 7 days. Exported video carries the GuiaFlow watermark.
• GuiaFlow Pro: a paid subscription with an email account, permanent links, visit analytics, AI texts, narrated audio, and video export without the watermark. AI texts and audio have monthly usage limits, shown in the product.

Projects kept in the browser depend on your device. If the browser deletes the site's data, they are lost. Export copies of important projects.

3. Prices and payment

GuiaFlow Pro costs R$ 36 per month or R$ 359 per year. Outside Brazil, it may be charged in US dollars: US$ 7 per month or US$ 69 per year. The final price, including any applicable taxes, is shown in Stripe Checkout before you confirm.

Payment is processed by Stripe, by card, Pix, Apple Pay, or Google Pay, depending on what is available to you.

If the price changes, we will notify you by email before the next renewal. The new price only applies from that renewal onward.

4. Renewal and cancellation

• The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period (month or year), charged to the same payment method, until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time, in the editor, under Manage subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid: until then, Pro keeps working.
• We do not refund prorated amounts for a period that has already started, except where required by law.
• Right of withdrawal: since the purchase is made online, you may withdraw within 7 days of subscribing and receive a full refund of the amount paid, under art. 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code. To do so, write to [email protected].

5. Your content

The content you create in GuiaFlow (screens, texts, audio, and tours) remains yours.

So that links work, you grant us a free, non-exclusive, and limited license to store, copy, adapt to the player format, and display this content, solely to operate the links and features you use. The license ends when you delete the link or when it expires, except for temporary technical copies that disappear in the normal cycle of the systems.

You represent that you have the right to use what you publish, including screens of third-party systems, trademarks, and personal data that appear in the captures. Before publishing, hide passwords, customer data, and other confidential information.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use GuiaFlow, especially public links, to:

• publish content that is illegal, or that infringes copyrights, trademarks, privacy, or other rights;
• run scams or phishing, or spread malware;
• spread hate speech, violence, harassment, or sexual content involving minors;
• expose third parties' personal data without a legal basis;
• try to bypass usage limits, security, or payment for the service, or overload the systems.

If there is a violation, we may remove the content, disable links, and suspend or terminate the account. Whenever possible, we will notify you beforehand and explain why.

7. Contacts and visits from people who watch your tours (Pro)

If you use the start step to ask tour viewers for their details, or the end-step contact form, you are the controller of that personal data under Brazil's LGPD, and GuiaFlow is the processor, handling it only to store it, show it to you and deliver messages to your account e-mail. By using these features, you agree to:

• state clearly, in the consent text, who you are and what you will use the data for;
• ask only for the data you need and use it only for that purpose, without selling, sharing or sending unsolicited messages;
• handle requests from data subjects (access, correction and deletion) and delete contacts once they are no longer needed;
• not ask for sensitive data, passwords or children's data.

To prevent abuse, submissions are limited per link and per network address, and form messages only go to the author's account e-mail. We may suspend these features on links used for spam, scams or improper data collection.

On permanent links, GuiaFlow also counts visits to show you the tour's analytics, without cookies, without storing IP addresses and respecting the “Do Not Track” and GPC signals (see the Privacy Policy). You are the controller of these analytics and GuiaFlow is the processor. Where required in your case, tell your visitors about this measurement, for example in your own privacy policy, and do not try to identify visitors from the numbers.

8. AI-generated content

AI-generated texts and synthesized audio may contain errors or inaccuracies, or sound different than expected. Review them before publishing. You are responsible for what you decide to use and publish.

9. Availability and changes to the service

We work to keep GuiaFlow online and working well, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. There may be maintenance, provider failures, or changes to features.

If we remove an important paid feature, we will notify subscribers and, if the feature ceases to exist before the end of a paid period, we will refund the prorated amount for that period.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, GuiaFlow is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or loss of data stored only in your browser or on your device. Where there is liability, it is limited to the amount you paid GuiaFlow in the 12 months before the event.

Nothing in these terms removes rights guaranteed by the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code or other laws that cannot be waived.

11. Closing your account

You can stop using GuiaFlow at any time. To delete your Pro account and the data linked to it, cancel the subscription and write to [email protected].

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Significant changes will be announced to subscribers by email before they take effect. If you do not agree, you can cancel the subscription.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. The courts of the consumer user's place of residence are chosen to resolve any matter concerning them.
