Frequently asked questions
Where does my data live?
On Free, projects stay only in your browser, on this device, and never reach us; a temporary link keeps the published tour for 7 days. On Pro, projects, permanent links and leads live on the GuiaFlow server, tied to your account.
Does GuiaFlow comply with the LGPD (Brazil's data protection law)?
Yes. We keep the minimum needed for the account and links, use no advertising trackers and never sell data. Lead capture asks the visitor for explicit consent. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
Is GuiaFlow open source?
Yes. The editor and the player are MIT-licensed and the code is at github.com/gugamistri/gflow.
Do I need a credit card?
Not for Free: no account and no card, just open the editor. GuiaFlow Pro is a monthly or yearly subscription billed through Stripe, and you can cancel anytime.
Does the person receiving the demo need to install anything?
No. The demo opens in the browser, on mobile or desktop, from the link or from your site. Only the person creating the demo needs the Chrome extension.
